PROFILE
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Nowshin Jahan Etee is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Journalism and Media Studies at Jahangirnagar University. She joined Jahangirnagar University in 2021.
Nowshin obtained BSS (Honors) and MSS Degree from Dhaka University at Mass Communication and Journalism Department. She secured First Class First Position in both examinations.
Nowshin received Sangbadik-Sahittik Kazi Mohammad Idris Memorial Gold Medal, Rashida Muhiuddin Memorial Gold Medal, and Dean's Award for achieving the first position in her BSS examination. Furthermore, she received several scholarships for her excellent results in her BSS and MSS examinations including Professor Sitara Parvin Memorial Scholarship, Noveara Dipita Memorial Scholarship, Tazin Memorial Scholarship, Professor Dr. Touhidul Anwar and Ali Haidar Memorial Scholarship, Tofazzal Hossain Manik Miah Memorial Scholarship, Habibullah Bahar Memorial Scholarship and Ruqayyah Memorial Foundation Scholarship.
