SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Azizur Rahman was born in Dhaka 1984. He has passed Scondary School Certificate (SSC) with First Division under Dhaka Education Board in the year of 2000 and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) from Dhaka College in the year of 2002. He got admission in the department of Statistics at Jahangirnagar University in the session of 2003-2004. He obtained both B.Sc and M.Sc in Statistics with highest GPA holding first position in his class. In 2017, he also obtained Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil) degree in Statistics from same department. Azizur Rahman started his academic career as a lecturer at Department of Statistics, Jagannath University, Dhaka. After that he joined as Assistant Professor at Department of Statistics, Jahangirnagar University in 2017. He became Associate Professor at the same department on October, 2020. Currently he is on study leave and doing his PhD under Department of Community Health Sciences at University of Manitoba, Canada.
