Message from the Provost
Sher-e-Bangla A. K. Fazlul Haq Hall
Sher-e-Bangla A. K. Fazlul Haq Hall administration is committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive living and learning environment for all residential students. The overall wellbeing of our students both physical and mental is one of our highest priorities. A healthy body and a sound mind are essential for academic success, creativity, and personal growth.
We are dedicated to maintaining a clean and hygienic hall environment, ensuring the availability of safe food and pure drinking water, and promoting health-conscious practices within the hall. Special emphasis is given to creating an educationally friendly atmosphere that encourages study, research, and intellectual exchange.
Alongside academic excellence, we strongly support sports, cultural activities, and other co-curricular facilities, recognizing their vital role in developing leadership, teamwork, and a balanced lifestyle. Our aim is to foster a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment where every student feels valued and supported.
To encourage creativity, social bonding, and cultural expression, we have already established a dedicated space for all students named “Sristidhara (সৃষ্টিধারা),” where cultural and social activities can flourish. In addition, a large and well-equipped reading room has been developed to support focused studying and research activities, providing students with a quiet and intellectually stimulating environment.
The hall administration remains committed to strengthening research and academic activities by providing necessary facilities and continuous support. We encourage students to actively participate in maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and harmony within the hall.
I sincerely hope that Sher-e-Bangla A. K. Fazlul Haq Hall will continue to be a place of learning, growth, and positive memories for all its residents.
With best wishes for your success and wellbeing.
