PROFILE
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
In December 2016, Sujan Kumar Das joined Jahangirnagar University as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Professor in April 2019. Before assuming the current position, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Chittagong. Mr Das received his M.Sc. (2010) and B.Sc. (2009) from Jahangirnagar University, both in Physics. He did experimental work on organic solar cells in his Master's thesis. Mr Das got primary and secondary scholarships with a talent pool and stood in 2nd position in both competitive exams in Faridpur district, Bangladesh. He is a life member of the Bangladesh Physical Society. Now he is doing PhD at the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering, Research School of Physics, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia, on "Resistive switching in transition-metal oxides and its application in neuromorphic computing" under scholastic supervision of Emeritus Professor Dr. Robert Elliman.
