PROFILE
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
This knowledge enthusiast Lecturer in the Department of Botany, Jahangirnagar University had a dream to teach the university students Botany, what she loves learning. And it all started right here in the same Department where she had her foundation with an astounding First class 1st position in the Bachelor's as well as a First class 2nd position in the Master's in Botany. Afterwards, she also obtained her M.Phil degree in 2014 entitled 'Exploitation of advanced plant breeding in crop improvement'. Moreover, in pursuit of her dream, she had taught the students of Morning Glory School and College, located inside the Savar Cantonment and run by Bangladesh Army for 8 years with an enthusiasm of learning and teaching which helped her become what she's today.
Nonetheless, this is not the end of her invincible quest of knowledge as she is currently pursuing her Ph.D in 'Plant Breeding and Crop Improvement' under the supervision of professor Dr. Nazmul Alam and Dr. Md. Ariful Islam who are notable with their own glorious academic and professional backgrounds. Her research interest includes but not limited to Plant Breeding, Genetics and Plant Tissue Culture therefore looking forward to acquiring more knowledge on 'Plant Science'.
