PROFILE

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Preeti Sikder is an assistant professor at the Department of Law and Justice of Jahangirnagar University, who has been a part of this department since December 2016. After graduating from Department of Law, University of Dhaka with a first class, Ms. Sikder also completed her LLM from the same university in top five percent of her class. Later on she pursued her Masters degree on Environmental Science and Management from BUP in order to incorporate scientific understanding of environmetnal laws in her research and teaching. She has previously served as a lecturer of law at University of Asia Pacific (UAP) and also worked as a legal research assistant at Bangladesh Institute of Law and International Affairs (BILIA).
