SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Beauty Akter is a Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Sciences, Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. She completed her BSc (honours) and MS in Environmental Sciences, securing first position both in BSc (honours) and MS from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. She has been awarded the prestigious award Prime Minister Gold Medal-2019 for obtaining the highest marks among all the students of the Mathematical and Physical Sciences faculty of Jahangirnagar University. She has aslo been awarded Nagao Natural Environment Foundation Fellowship from Japan in BSc (Honours) and National Science and Technology Fellowship 2019-2020 in MS.
Her areas of interest in research are water pollution remediation, waste management, toxicology and public health. She is open to collaborative research. For collaboration, please get in touch with her at beautyakter43@juniv.edu.
