SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Mohammed Enamullah (Parvez) was born in a small village of West Syed Awolia on the bank of the Meghna River (the southeast end of the world; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhola_District), P/S. Borhanuddin, Dist. Bhola, Bangladesh. After schooling at Mirzakalu High School in his native village, he studied BSc/MSc degrees (1987/1989) at the Department of Chemistry, Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. He received PhD (Dr. Techn.) under supervision of Prof. mult. Dr. Viktor Gutmann, Inst. Anal. & Appl. Chemistry, Technical University of Vienna, Austria (June 1994). Afterwards, Dr. Enam joined as a Faculty at Dept. of Chemistry, Jahangirnagar University in 1995 and became Professor in 2003 (Selection Grade Professor in 2017). He was awarded the world famous Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH) Fellowship for postdoctoral research at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, 1998-1999.
Dr Enam did several postdoctoral research with (i) Prof. W. Linert: TU, Wien, Austria; (ii) Prof. G. Huttner: Univ. Heidelberg, Germany; (iii) Prof. T. Hoshi: Aoyama Gekuin University, Japan; (iv) Prof. J. Okubo: Tokyo Denki University, Japan; (v) Prof. C. Janiak: University of Freiburg, Germany; (vi) Prof. C. Janiak: University of Dusseldorf, Germany; (vii) Prof. ABP Lever: York University, Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Enam served as a visiting Associate Professor at Dept. of Environmental Materials Chemistry, Tokyo Denki University, Japan (2003) and Dept. of Chemistry, Aoyama Gekuin University, Japan (2009). He worked as a Contract Faculty (CUPE 2 member) at Department of Chemistry, York University, Toronto, Canada (2015-2020).

Dr. Enam received several Scholarships/Fellowships such as (i) Austrian Academic Exchange Service (OEAD), Austria, 1991-1994, 2001, 2006; (ii) Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH) fellowship, Germany, 1998-1999, 2005, 2007, 2012 and 2017; (iii) Matsumae International Foundation (MIF) Fellowship, Tokyo, Japan, 2001, 2003; (iv) Jahangirnagar University Scholarship during BSc/MSc study.
Dr. Enam and his group meanwhile published 85 research papers in the world reputed professional journals including American Chemical Society (ACS), Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Elsevier Science, EU-Journals, Wiley-VCH, MDPI, Taylor & Francis, Springer Science, Japan Chemical Society (JCS), Bangladesh Chemical Society (BCS), etc. (see the list below). The best three papers were selected as FRONT COVER (HOT ARTICLE) of DALTON TRANSACTIONS (10.1039/B820072F), CrystalEngComm (10.1039/C8CE00839F) and CrystalEngComm (10.1039/D2CE01311H), RSC journals, UK.
For pioneer research in chemistry, Dr. Enam was awarded the "Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) Award" in 2011. Recently, he received very prestigious the "Research Group Linkage Program" Award under Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH), Bonn, Germany for 2020-2023.
